Jenna & DJ | A Wedding at The Brix | Carpentersville, IL

On one fateful night nearly six years ago, Jenna and DJ met for the first time at a fire station, and after a night of dinner and drinks followed by four years filled with laughter and love, DJ asked Jenna to be his forever. And, on May 5th, Jenna finally became a Staska!

After slipping into her gorgeous wedding gown, Jenna showed off her dress to her Bridesmaids and did a quick first look with her dad before we headed down to show the groom his beautiful bride!

We also captured a few photos of DJ preparing to see his gorgeous bride for the first time on their big day! And, of course, this cute table dedicated to the adorable pups that they love spending time with as they relax on their back patio and sip cocktails and the adventures they've been on together over the last six years!

Such a touching, heartfelt moment was shared between these two as DJ turned around for his first look at his lovely wife-to-be! Then, after privately sharing vows they had written just for one another, we took some fun pre-ceremony photos with their bridal party and family, and then it was time to get the ceremony started!

After filling the air with laughter and exchanging I-do's, Jenna & DJ finally officially became Mr. & Mrs. Staska! Then, after getting a couple of family pictures, it was time to head to The Brix's reception area!

After a grand entrance by the couple of the hour, we had a blast with a night filled with plenty of dancing, including not only a very sweet first dance between Jenna & DJ, but also very sentimental and heartwarming dances between the bride and groom and their parents! And finally, to kick off an already memorable night, DJ pulled out his guitar and blew everyone away with his skills! Talk about a night to remember!!

To Jenna & DJ, you are two of the kindest souls I've ever met and had the pleasure to work with, and I will be forever honored for being able to capture so many special moments on such a glorious and meaningful day. I will always be wishing you all a Happy Forever After! Until we meet again, congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Staska!
