Who says the Children's Discovery Museum is just for kids? Definitely not us. In fact, the Children's Discovery Museum in Normal, Illinois, is where Jenna & Alex first discovered each other, and their love story began! They worked at the museum during college and were attracted to each other after their first meeting. When we asked about the moment Jenna & Alex realized that they were meant for each other, they told us how long-distance came into the equation once they graduated college. Before their graduation, they sat down with each other, talked over everything that comes with long distance, and agreed that their love was stronger than any distance that may come between them, and we're so glad they did!
So, how did Alex finally ask the big question? Jenna told us that she and Alex were going to meet up with their friends for lunch, but they were told their friends were "running late." To kill time, Alex suggested they take a walk around Uptown circle near their meetup location with their friends and the Children's Discovery Museum, where they first met. Jenna thought it was a great idea, and they headed to uptown circle in the chilling January weather. Then, with the frosty cold nipping at their noses, Alex asked Jenna to be his forever, and she said yes!
While Jenna and Alex love traveling and experiencing new things together, they also love getting the chance to stay in on a Friday night and enjoy each other's company in the comfort of their home. We wanted to capture that feeling of comfort and warmth when at home, so we made sure to catch all of the smiles and fun times being shared with the bride and groom and their family and friends!

Every day, she and Alex work together and challenge each other to be a better version of themselves than they were the day before. Such a beautiful way to grow and evolve as one and as individuals!
One of the most critical factors for this bride and groom's big day was for their photographer to capture as many moments in time as they could throughout the day - and we worked diligently to capture as many details, smiles, and the sweetest little moments as we could!
